If November 1st falls on a weekend or federal holiday, then the deadline will be 5pm on the next business day.
In 2025, applications are due November 3rd at 5 pm ET.
After you submit your application, you may be contacted by staff with follow up questions.
Trustees will meet in mid December.
You will receive a decision letter in the mail by end of December.
