Completion Report Form

Grantees are required to submit a completion report at the conclusion of their grant period.

Publicity Policy

The Davis Family Foundation neither requires nor requests that grantees promulgate publicity in regard to their grants. However, if the recipient organization feels such publicity is helpful to them, we do not prohibit it. Preferably, notice of our grant would be included with publicity about other grants. The above policy applies to publicity in the public media as well as in the grantee's publications.

We are pleased to review copy, if requested, but prior review is not required by the foundation.
